Shipping policy

1. Prize Delivery Process

1.1. All prizes won through competitions run by The Makers Ventures LTD will be shipped to the winner’s provided address at no additional cost.
1.2. Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw to confirm delivery details.
1.3. Prizes will be dispatched within 7 working days of the winner confirming their delivery details unless stated otherwise in the competition description.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

2.1. Prizes will be shipped via Royal Mail or UPS / equivalent courier, depending on the prize size, value, and destination.
2.2. High-value prizes may require signature upon delivery or be sent via insured courier services.
2.3. Digital prizes (e.g., e-gift cards, tickets, or vouchers) will be sent via email within 48 hours of winner confirmation.

3. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

3.1. Prizes will only be shipped within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated.
3.2. If a competition includes international shipping, additional time and customs clearance may apply.
3.3. The Makers Ventures LTD is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions on international shipments.

4. Prize Delivery Issues

4.1. If a prize is lost or damaged in transit, winners must contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt, providing relevant details and photos (if applicable).
4.2. The Makers Ventures LTD will assess claims on a case-by-case basis and may arrange a replacement or equivalent compensation at our discretion.
4.3. If the prize is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner, the winner will be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to:

  • Redraw a new winner, or
  • Consider the prize forfeited with no refund or alternative compensation.
